Refund, No Show and Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued given with cancellations received in writing prior to 14 days in advance of the first day of class.  If cancellation notice is received 14 days or less prior to the first day of the certification class, no refund or future course credits will be given. No refunds or future course credits for no shows.
